The Avro Vulcan was developed along with the Victor and Valiant to serve in the V-Force.
After many years of work, XH558 was returned to flying condition and has been seen at displays since 2008.
This gallery is dedicated to the display of photographs of the Avro Vulcan B.2 XH558 in flight in 1989.
Included in this collection are nearly all the photographs I took that day of XH558 flying. Some of the images may be of dubious quality, but these are all I have in my collection of this magnificent bomber in flight!
For more general information on the Vulcan, see Wikipedia: Avro Vulcan and for specific information on XH558, see Wikipedia: Avro Vulcan XH558.
